Having called Vancouver Island home since 1999 and currently residing in the Cowichan Valley, Faizal possesses an intimate knowledge of the local market. Before entering the real estate world, Faizal was a successful entrepreneur, having operated Green Day Recycling Services (1997-1999) and the much-loved food truck, Depot Dawgs (2007-2017). These experiences provided invaluable hands-on expertise in business operations, customer service, and market demands.
Faizal's commercial real estate experience spans a diverse range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, handling both leasing and sales. As a business broker, Faizal has successfully facilitated transactions for businesses in the food and waste management sectors, demonstrating a versatile skill set. Faizal is also an active member of the Victoria Real Estate Board's (VREB) Commercial Division and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), staying connected with industry best practices and a vast network of professionals.
