Fraser has been active in the real estate field in Western Canada having held licenses in Saskatoon and Calgary since 1983. More recently, specializing in commercial investment sales, leasing, construction, development and investment analysis of real estate in Victoria and Vancouver Island. The limited size of the marketplace has required Fraser to acquire a wide discipline of skill sets, all of which become valuable resources in determining appropriate local values and marketing strategies for all types of commercial properties.

Since 1991 in Victoria and Vancouver Island generally, Fraser has actively provided consulting services and representation to a wide range of companies and individuals for acquisition and disposition of property.
