Licensed in real estate since 2009 in Ottawa, ON, Canada, Paul initially gained experience in residential, commercial, and property management sectors, cultivating a deep understanding of the intricacies of the market. 

In 2016, Paul and his wife Moira made the strategic decision to relocate to Victoria, BC, where he has since become deeply immersed in the local real estate landscape. Leveraging his expertise and diverse skill set, Paul specializes in helping clients navigate the Victoria real estate market, with a particular focus on light industrial properties.

Outside of his real estate pursuits, Paul is actively involved in community initiatives and is passionate about promoting and supporting aspiring entrepeurs in the technology and real estate sectors.
