Kevin has called Vancouver Island home since 1994, settling in the Parksville–Qualicum Beach
area in 2001. Before transitioning into real estate, he built a successful career as an Aircraft
Maintenance Engineer in the helicopter industry, working throughout Canada, New Zealand, and
Southeast Asia. That background instilled a strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset,
and a calm, methodical approach, qualities he brings to every real estate transaction.
Licensed as a Realtor® in British Columbia since 2003, Kevin has been fortunate to work
alongside and learn from some of the province’s most respected real estate professionals. This
experience has given him a deep understanding of the market and the ability to offer clients clear,
insightful guidance, particularly in unique island properties such as Agricultural Farm & Ranch
properties, Campgrounds & RV Parks, Lodges, Resorts, and Timber/Resource properties.
An avid adventurer and outdoor enthusiast, Kevin believes Vancouver Island is one of the best
places in Canada to live, work, and play. When he’s not working with clients, Kevin enjoys
hiking, fishing, camping, and flying as a recreational pilot along the spectacular BC coast.
